Customer privacy policy

FixOk.lt collects your name, phone number, voluntarily provided email, request details, location, preferred time, photos, and other submitted data to assess the work, contact you, and select a suitable specialist.

Completed, lost, cancelled, and spam requests are automatically deleted after 12 months together with contact details, history, photos, and assignment data. Older active requests are reviewed manually.

Data is shared only with technical providers needed to operate the service: Neon, Vercel, and Telegram. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta business tools are used only according to your separate choices. Data is not published publicly.

When analytics is allowed, Google Analytics helps analyse visits and request submission steps. Names, contact details, addresses, photos, and request text are not sent to analytics.

When marketing is allowed, first-touch advertising parameters are stored for 30 days: UTM values, fbclid, _fbc, _fbp, the landing page, and referrer domain. After a request, Meta receives only SHA-256-hashed phone and email, language, service category, and advertising parameters. We do not send names, addresses, descriptions, photos, comments, or request numbers. The IP address and browser identifier may be used only for the initial delivery attempt; the IP address is not stored.

After you confirm the updated marketing permission, Google Ads uses advertising cookies and ad-click identifiers to connect advertising with successfully submitted requests. We send Google Ads the conversion label and a random submission identifier, but not your name, contact details, address, request number, description or photos. Enhanced conversions and remarketing are not enabled.

You can change analytics and marketing permissions independently through Privacy settings in the footer. Withdrawing marketing consent removes advertising attribution and accessible Meta and Google advertising cookies and stops Google Ads conversion events.
